TOM ECONOME holds an M.S. in Industrial Management. As one of the principals of Collection Plus, Tom aids many businesses in developing and executing effective substance abuse testing policies that are tailored to individual work place environments.   Over the past 6 years, Tom helped ensure a safe and secure work environment for over 700 businesses throughout California. The industries represented include Medical, Staffing, Construction, Retail, Food Service, Logistics and Transportation, as well as local, state and federal governmental agencies. Tom is a federally certified instructor in Substance Abuse Testing, a Master Trainer for Breathalyzers, and the Editor-in-Chief of the Substance Abuse Program Administration Association (SAPAA) newsletter.

SANDY SAUCERMAN holds an M.S. in Education. As one of the principals of Collection Plus, Sandy designs and imbeds the values of Timeliness, Accuracy and Professionalism into their operations and human resources. In addition to managing the processes, Sandy develops the training and incentive programs.   Her expertise includes industry best-practice sharing and benchmarking. Over the past 6 years, Sandy has helped ensure a safe and secure work environment for over 700 businesses throughout California. The industries represented include Medical, Staffing, Construction, Retail, Food Service, Logistics and Transportation, as well as local, state and federal governmental agencies.  

PHIL BRISTOL, CMC is a certified management consultant and holds an M.S. in Business Management. For 25 years Phil has worked with international companies helping business units complete and align their strategic business plans and information systems. For the past ten years, as principal at Projectivity Solutions, Phil works with executives helping them to develop strategic plans, improve revenue generation, streamline business processes, and develop leadership capabilities, and customer relationship skills.

MISSY ANAPOLSKY holds a B.A. in Fine Arts and a B.S. in Graphic Design. As the principal and art director of Circle Design, Missy helps her clients to employ a strategic process to Design. The end result is a marketing and communication plan that is both innovative and strategic. Missy has taught design at the local university since 1996.
